Take a moment to thank Gopi for the contribution he has made to the platform. Gopi has worked closely with all squads across the Platform to redesign and reimagine our UI /UX approach, helping us establish a clear, consistent and singular vision for the UI/UX future of the platform. Solely created a full design system that will serve as the foundation for our design intent and user experience strategy over the coming year. This provides us with a framework to deliver a cohesive and consistent experience across all Test Platform capabilities.

Gopi has shown an amazing and consistent drive to find improvements to the product, taking the initiate to discover where the improvements could be made and implementing them as part of the product design. The attitude Gopi has shown as been nothing short of exemplary, leading sessions. Gopi organised sessions with the development team and stakeholders to gather valuable feedback and understand expectations. From this, he was able to implement a design, seeking continuous feedback on how it could be improved, meaning the development team were not waiting for designs. There was a clear distinction between throughput with Gopi in the team and before he joined, enabling delivery to happen at a faster pace, enabling stronger value for the end customer. He's been a joy to work with, and it's clear to see the respect he has from his peers too. Recently I have seen the effort Gopi has put in beyond his home team, seeking to support and assist with designs on a wider platform level, even seeking advice and feedback from external stakeholders.
